Terms of Use
Last updated October 12, 2026
By using Tima you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Using Tima
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Tima on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app or its content.
Watch faces and content
The faces, artwork and designs in Tima belong to us or our licensors. You may use them on your own Apple Watch. Names and artwork that refer to third-party brands, films or characters belong to their owners and are used for personal customisation only.
Tima Plus subscription
- Tima Plus unlocks premium faces and features. Plans and prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel any time in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't refund the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple.
Health and weather information
Complications display Health and weather information for convenience only. Tima is not a medical device and isn't intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Weather and activity data may be delayed or inaccurate; don't rely on them for decisions that affect your safety.
Availability
Watch faces rely on Apple Watch and watchOS features, which Apple may change. We try to keep Tima working but can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or remove features.
Disclaimer and liability
Tima is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Tima in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Tima after an update means you accept it.
